2.5 kms out of the village of Siran, a small  winding road takes you through a fabulous landscape to our vineyard estate where a gîte for 3 or 4  people and a Bed and Breakfast room are awaiting you. A private terrace (and a fireplace in winter) will give the opportunity to enjoy the  charm and peaceful quality of this place away from all noise pollution.

The wine estate is located in the historical and classified site of the Minervois la Livinière wineyard, in the Carcassonne, Narbonne and Beziers triangle.

Close to the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Minerve, their roman chapels and Cathares castles as well as water-based recreation center.
