We are pleased to introduce our villa 83510 Lorgues in the Var (France).

Town on the border of Green Provence, Haute-Provence and Provence South, at 37km from the beautiful sea (not yours, but that of the Mediterranean), you will stay in a peaceful, close to major interests such as the Gorges du Verdon and the majestic site (cliffs over 700m.) Quinson and its museum of prehistory (the largest in Europe), Saint-Tropez and its beaches Pampelonne (for a glimpse the jet set) and the cities of Marseille and its extravagance, its harbor and Toulon, Nice and its old quarters, a carnival, fair and Menton lemons, Monaco and his palace, not to mention the Fréjus "Roman" and its huge sandy beaches (St.-The Aygulf Issambres Ste Maxime).

Our villa (ranked 4 stars by the Prefecture in 2002) is independent but not isolated (safety), has all the comforts of a modern residence (see rental form attached), is located on a landscaped with trees (palm trees - olive trees - bay) of 5265m ², in a street in a cul-de-sac away from main roads, sleeps 8 + 2 persons (with 2 extra beds) and the use of EPO in our little corner of paradise, is not prohibited (Water - Pastis - Olives). Guests enjoy a relax by the poolside, fully fenced and secure (alarm) to the latest standards (ability to close all access to young children) and an area of ​​60m ² (L.: 12m x l .5 m x D: 0.80 m + 2, 10m), although not enough to feel like a goldfish in its bowl. The pool and its surroundings will be maintained and cleaned every 2 to 3 days by our gardener (early morning 6 - 7am. ...), Well before you wake up ... or lying! This idyllic setting will enchant you with its calm, broken only by the sound of cicadas and the dives of your little ones.

Our rates include (very very expensive ... not just kidding!) And include regular cleaning of the pool and its surroundings, cleaning, charges "water-electricity", local taxes, the provision (for bravest): a ping-pong, 6 mountain bikes (we provide the hardware, you make the energy needed to operate!), a bowling and badminton (equipment on site) basket with the ball, weight machine and chairs and hammocks (for the less adventurous like me, it's the holidays anyway!), our little "toddlers" are not forgotten with two gantry swings - slide - strings and a sandbox. The mood and the sun are included as well as water in the pool to you courtesy! ! !
