The holiday house ‘’Le Massoir’’, with three luxury apartments is situated near the mediaeval village  Désaignes , at the banks of the small river ‘’Le Doux''. Characteristics :tranquility, reading, walking, bycicling, (horse)riding, golf, culture and beautiful daytrips. The large, fenced garden is safe for children and domestic animals. The centre of the village with bakery, butcher, small supermarket and bistro are at 3 minutes. Paddling, fishing in the small river and swimming (July/August) in a lake at 3 minutes.

The romantic gite Sophie (60m2) is built against the main building with a private terrace and fenced garden. The living room has a modern kitchen, washing machine,t.v., audio and wood stove. Bedroom with large 2-person bed , and place for child’s bed. Bathroom.

The gites Marguerite and Isabel , both 100m2, are situated in the main building. Large living room with modern kitchen.  Both gites have an integral terrace (loggia) with a beautiful view on the hills of the Ardèche. Outside terraces. Marguerite: (1-4p.), two 2 p. bedrooms with bathrooms and separate small bedroom with bunk bed and washing stand,  t.v. audio .Isabel: (1-6p.) 2 p. bedroom with bathroom, 2 p. bedroom with washing stand and one small 2 p. bedroom with washing stand. 2^nd  toilet and shower in gite. T.v, audio, washing machine and dish washer.
